Yardley, PA. February 23, 2010 - Kollman Label and Packaging Group announced it has completed the
purchase of Prime Graphics, Inc. Prime Graphics is a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions
and decorative labels to consumer product companies within food, beverage, personal care, medical
and private label markets. Prime Graphics is known for its award-winning flexographic printing of shrink
sleeves, flexible packaging, roll-fed and pressure-sensitive labels.

Kollman Label and Packaging Group was formed in 2008 and completed its first acquisition that year of
folding carton printer Dixie Printing & Packaging. The Group is engaged in bringing together unique,
medium sized companies in the labeling and packaging industry. The companies jointly market their
products to food, beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care companies in North America.

Kevin Kollman, President of Kollman Label & Packaging Group, said “The acquisition of Prime Graphics is
consistent with our strategic plan to grow the organization by providing our customers diverse product

Prime Graphics will continue to operate out of its Wood Dale, IL location and will now operate under the
new name of Prime Label & Packaging.
