Dixie Completes A.I.B. Requirements

Kevin Kollman, Chief Operating Officer, of Dixie Printing & Packaging, LLC announces that Dixie has received it’s annual Recognition of Achievement from The American Institute of Baking.

Mr. Kollman noted that there are two levels of recognition: Non-Food Contact Packaging and the higher standard for Food-Contact Packaging. Dixie was recognized for it’s Achievement in the Food-Contact Packaging category along with an overall  Superior rating.

President Newth Morris commented his feeling that the AIB standards benefit, not only Dixie’s food customers but all of our customers. “ This is a great recognition of the job our employees do to help our customers insure the food safety of their products.
