Die Room
At Dixie, the complete die component system is manufactured in-house. Dies are burned using an Elcede laser, programmed with the customer approved structure and layout. The Dixie die craftsmen accurately place the cutting knives and scoring rule into position. The knife and rule components are precisely produced on digitized die equipment. The accuracy of the die and its components ensures that each die position is identical and produces run-to-run consistency.
